Victoria Johnson, DNAP, CRNA, is an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Nurse Anesthesia at Virginia Commonwealth University. She earned her Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2024 and joined the department in 2025, bringing a passion for hands-on learning and helping students build confidence through competency-based simulation. Victoria loves creating a supportive, engaging learning environment, bridging the gap between coursework and real-world clinical practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with her partner, son, and their two beloved pups.
